v3.3.1 fixes this, and is available in my store now, hopefully tomorrow in the Mac App Store.

The change address button is only active if you manually change the address in the WiFiSpoof window.
Once you hit randomise you don’t need to change anything.

It may not be possible to change the external device....

WiFiSpoof only supports inbuilt cards.

Try to enlarge the image ...you will find the mac address reported which is different from the "theoretically" spoofed mac address

the database should be still there?
are you running the latest v3.1.1

the name and serial are case sensate, and if you have any extra spaces neither - it won't validate

Ok, I give up. A rule making for a full manual approach it is. But one doesn't need the app for that as a simple script will do fine.

The scenario is, I think, quite commonplace, so I don't understand how it was never envisioned or tested.

it stores the password in the system keychain under the key value: "com.sweetpproductions.WiFiSpoof"

you can highlight the little pin icon in the main WiFiSpoof window, and make sure to have it open at login to get this behaviour.
