Mac OS - Sierra - WiFi Spoof Option "grey"

I downloaded the software and the file to load into my applications folder but the option is still not available to change.  I entered my password as well.  I can see my Mac address but just not the option to change the address.

I am having some serious routing/spoofing issues with my router and hoping this could help.  Pretty sure the connection to the router is the issue but trying anything I can.

Did you install the helper?
I think the option is in the advanced tab in Preferences.
