I have high Sierra 10.13.4.  I am trying to change the Mac on a wired interface using a belkin usb-c adapter and it won't let me change the Mac address.  I tried using the program which did install correctly and I have also tried using command line - sudo ifconfig en7 ether Mac:address.  Neither worked.  Does this program work with this version of Mac OS?  anything I can try?

It may not be possible to change the external device....

    WiFiSpoof only supports inbuilt cards.

Try to enlarge the image ...you will find the mac address reported which is different from the "theoretically" spoofed mac address
