Ok, so what you are saying is that if I use iCloud I can't delete cookies? This doesnt make sense.
@SweetP Currently if I want to open the URLs it opens in a New Window (I'm 99% of the time on Private Window)
Similar apps like SessionRestore they open in whichever Window you are on, whether if its Regular Window OR Private window.
