History doesnt delete. COKIES 6

The history is checked for deleting but it doesnt delete automatically NOR manually clicking. Wondering whats wrong? latest version 6.0.10

you cant effectively remove History while your browser is running. And in the case of Safari, it can be regenerated from iCloud (if you use iCloud)

It doesnt work whether the browser is running or not. Also I posted the screenshots above(My settings). Also the iCloud is NOT checked in cookies preference.Cookies is also set to login at start.
YET this is what I see.
My history still shows this.

The history is regenerated via iCloud for safari, which you access via System Preferences. The Cookie iCloud setting, transfer your cookie settings and preferences.

Ok, so what you are saying is that if I use iCloud I can't delete cookies?
This doesnt make sense.
