The Browser History in Safari 14 is not being cleared completely on browser quit. It seems that some history items will be cleared, but many are being left (Facebook is a particularly "sticky" history item). I have confirmed that the settings to clear History are correct in Cookie's preferences, that the script is installed (I deleted it and reinstalled to be certain), and that Cookie has Full Disk Access. Safari is set to sync through iCloud; perhaps that is affecting the process. Any ideas?
