Can't add/remove any cookies from list -
Can't add/remove any cookies from list@SweetP HI Russel - I'm not a techie and those suggestions make me uneasy. What you suggest seems complicated. Will that wipe out all of my cookies, including my favorites? That would be disastrous. I've updated in the past without issues. It's fine in Firefox btw. But almost everything is set up in Safari. I didn't change anything on my system. I'm using Safari 16.3 and Ventura 13.2

Can't add/remove any cookies from listHello? Any advice?

Can't add/remove any cookies from list@SweetP yes, alas - full disk access is enabled. (Thanks Russell.) FWIW - I'm on MacBook Ventura 3.2, Safari 16.3

Can't add/remove any cookies from list@SweetP I'm having a similar issue with Safari 16.3 since updating. Synchronize is disabled. But even if I wanted to enable, it's blanked out. All cookies are there but I can't add or subtract. It's disabled. Firefox is ok, but Safari is my main browser.

Cookie and Safari HistoryNot sure if this has been mentioned but....I was having issues with Cookie 5, which was wiping out all Safari cookies, including favorites. It turned out to be a Safari history issue. When deleting history, Safari wiped out ALL cookies. I delete history manually now. Highlight "clear history" and press option. This brings up "clear history and keep website data." Anyway - vexing. It took forever to figure this out.

Can not figure out how to save Twitter LoginHi Russel - well, we can't whitelist all red cookies, right? Doesn't this defeat the purpose of cookie?
Also, I believe Safari history may be the source of these issues.
I always tell Safari to "clear history but keep website data." Even so, when I subsequently try to log into Twitter, Facebook etc. the websites often think I'm registering a new device
Yep, it just happened again. I did "clear history but keep website data" and suddenly Twitter can't recognize my device. I just whitelisted both "ga" and "gat" - are either of those cookies "tracking" cookies?

Cookie5 not working for me : (Hi Russell - still having issues, alas. : (

Can not figure out how to save Twitter LoginSame thing is happening to me - with Twitter, Comcast, Chase etc. Aren't the "red" cookies the tracking cookies? How do we tell the difference?

Cookie5 not working for me : (I'm a long time - many years - LOYAL user of Cookie. It's always worked beautifully.
I upgraded to Sierra v10.12.6 - Safari 12.0.3 Within a few days, all of my cookies vanished. I thought the problem might be the old version of Cookie.
So I upgraded to the trial version of Cookie5 and disabled Cookie 4.6. And reinstated all of my favorites. Like the earlier version of Cookie, I set the timer to delete trackers every two minutes.
I can't tell if the problem is Cookie or Safari.
My banking sites often can't recognize my device. So I have to go through a somewhat tedious process of re-registering my device, getting a code to log in etc.. Same with Twitter. I'm logged out of Twitter daily after literally never being logged out for ten years. Facebook frequently asks me to reinstate my account. (This in spite of fact that I always click "remember me.")
I'm also seeing the following message when I hover the cursor over my favorites: "“domain is a favorite but there are no cookies in browser."
Sometimes I think the issue might be when I delete history - or maybe it's cache. : (
I also checked System Preferences under security/privacy to make sure the "log out after __ of activity" box is unchecked.
Any feedback on this issue is welcome. I love Cookie and want it to work.
