After 13.2.1 COOKIE Full Disk Access is toggled OFF after a reboot and I have to manually toggle it back on.

I also note that only a few of the cookies are BOLD and can thus, interact with them. REVEAL IN FINDER in those 'greyed out cookies' is also greyed out, so I can not navigate that particular file in Finder.
