Google Chrome - Zendesk & Harvest Issue

Hi,
I use Zendesk with the Harvest time tracking plug-in in Google Chrome. For a few months now I've been having an issue where the Harvest plug-in will sign out and need to be signed in when Chrome is quit and re-launched. I have Cookie set to delete Non-Favorites on browser quit. I've favourited all cookies related to Google, Zendesk and Harvest, including deleting all cookies and launching Chrome fresh, then favouriting the new cookies. I have also tried authenticating the Harvest plug-in with both my Harvest account and my linked Google account. I am seeing this issue on both of my Macs.
Chrome keeps Harvest signed in if I disable automatic removal in Cookie. Even though I don't see any cookies change in Cookie itself, automatic removal is still clearing something that causes Chrome to lose the Harvest sign-in. Is there some sort of cross-site cookie that is being deleted by Cookie?
I'm not sure if this has any impact, but I use the iCloud syncing in Cookie, use a synced Chrome profile, and have the uBlock Origin extension installed but disabled for Zendesk.

Thanks for getting back to me. I don't have cache removal enabled, only Non-Favorites.
I've also noted that I see this issue after closing the Chrome profile but not quitting Chrome itself.

I've cleared all cookies and started fresh in Cookie several times. After clearing the cookies, I log into Zendesk and Harvest, and favourite any cookies that are created. After a bit of time to make sure no other session cookies were saved, I'll quit and relaunch Chrome, but then find that I have to sign back into Harvest plugin again. It's not a full sign-in (Harvest account & PW), but click on sign-in. That cookie seems to persist.
