Cookie Icon does not stay in MenuBar

I have selected in the preferences, open Cookie at login, and also to keep it displayed in MenuBar. I am using version 6.6.5, the latest version. Despite this, when I restart my computer, the icon is not appearing in the menu bar. I have to manually look for Cookie. Any suggestions?

@DiscoGangbanger thats odd, it can take a little time to open after restart... are you waiting long enough?
