Recently updated to Monterey. Cookie shows long list of cookies in Safari and I hit Remove Non-Favorites and they disappear. But they are all still there in Safari Preferences Website Data.

@Slater safari Preferences and Cookie are not synchronised. to show the true list of what is in Safari, you need to restart Safari. for example Safari will still show cache cookies, even if they have been removed via Cookie.

@sweetp I'm seeing the same - Cookie has not worked for a few months now and I'm manually deleting cookies and caches daily - this is on Big Sur and Monterey.

Reading this thread, I just re-installed 6.6.3.2 again and re-enabled all folder permissions, just to be sure. Restarting safari shows all the cases still in place

@nick2 said in Cookie 6.6.3 deletes nothing in Safari:

Restarting safari shows all the cases still in place

Don't you love autocorrect "All Cookies are still in place" - so cookie is not working at all on Monterey or Big Sur
