I have a question about exporting/importing favourites, as offered under the little 'heart' icon (lower right of Cookie window).

What I want to do is select a user profile from an earlier browser (left column of main window), export favourites from that profile, and then import the resulting text file into another selected user profile for a different browser. That would save me starting from scratch updating my favourites in the new browser.

But the exported text file has all favourites, for all profiles/browsers - not just a selected one - and importing is then simply globally replacing like with like.

That's very useful for replicating globally between accounts - but I'm wondering if there's a process somewhere in the UI for 'internal' management/sharing between browsers in the same user account, as described above?

      Thanks for any tips!
      Steven

There’s no way to do this within Cookie.
But you could easily edit the exported file, as it’s just a text file
