How to import Cookie 5 settings into Cookie 6?

In the Setup window there's an Import button, but all it does is open a file selection dialog in my home directory. Any clues as to what I'm looking to import? Do you not know where your own prior settings live?

you just need to click the Allow button. Cookie 6 needs access to that entire folder
