Can't check checkboxes

I updated from Cookie 5. Now I have the problem, that I cannot check any checkboxes at
- Unwanted Data
- Removal Options
- Timer Options
Checking boxes at Websites works fine.

Can you help me with this?

Try restarting Cookie, does that help
