Changes from Cookie 5

Cookie 6 was quite a large update, and I tried to implement all the most common requests, and fix Cookie 5's biggest short comings. Here's the major thing's which have changed from Cookie 5:

macOS Mojave+ only
New more intuitive UI
iCloud support
Granular permissions setup
Improved removal
Improved notifications
Improved setup
Improved Firefox Nightly support
Favorites and settings storage rewritten
New Icon

A couple of things have also been removed:

removed support for deprecated Silverlight cookies
removed secure delete as its not necessary on SSDs

I have enjoyed Cookie 5 for some time. Works well. The new version though is way too expensive! I think I paid around $10 for Cookie 5. Cookie 6 is $27!
