This wasn't a problem in the previous version but after the update to version 4.0 the icon isn't visible any longer if you have decided for a dark menu bar. I didn't find a preference setting to change this.
Ah to be honest I forgot all about the dark menu bar.... I'll look into this tomorrow.
I have this fixed, I need to fix a couple other issues then I'll upload to Apple for review.

I uploaded v4.0.1 to Apple yesterday, hopefully it will be available Monday (U.S time)
its just been approved! it should be available within the hour i guess.
