Cannot get USBClean to work.

Not sure what im doing wrong but I open the app and insert my usb but nothing happens I can remove usb via app but cannot remove the files etc please help I am using Ventura 13.7.2

Have you given USBclean Full
Disk Access in system settings? Also make sure to open USBclean settings and choose which file types you would like removed

can you give v4.2 a try and see if its working better for you. If youre running the App Store version, there are additional steps to give USBclean the permissions required. You can read about it here:
