Cookie 6.9.1 MenuBar Remove items remain grayed

Hi there,

Using Ventura 13.4.1 on MacBook Pro 16” Intel there is no problem.

However on Mac Studio M2 Max, the application displays and allows to remove non-favorites, but all Remove items of the MenuBar remain grayed.

Am I doing something wrong or is it a known issue ?

Are you using an expired trial version?

I didn't receive any alert saying my license is expired.

Here is my last (anonymized) invoice :

Look in Settings on the License tab, and make sure Cookie is registered.

May be I should try to uninstall with AppDelete and install again ?

hmm, thats odd
If you want to try a reset
you can do this:

• Quit Cookie
• delete this folder:
  ~/Library/Containers/com.sweetpproductions.CookieApp
• Restart Cookie, and run through setup again

I tried the reset.
• Quitted Cookie
• Deleted
~/Library/Containers/com.sweetpproductions.CookieApp/Data/Library/Caches/com.sweetpproductions.CookieApp

• Restarted Cookie and run through setup again

Unfortunately, no luck.

I went a step further, searched all stuff with "sweetp" in its name with Find Any File. Then I deleted all the stuff up to the /private/root/library.

After a freh install, still no luck.

The app works normally while the MenuBar receives the number of non favorites but remains grayed.

Never mind, everything works again perfectly.

Finally the reset worked ! Thanks a lot
