show icon on dock when main window open

I want the cookieApp to hide the icon in the dock when it is running in the background (show in menu bar).

But when I open any window of cookieApp, I want it to display an icon in the dock, otherwise it is very difficult to find the window of cookieApp when there are too many windows(apps), and i can't switch to cookieApp through the cmd+tab shortcut key.

Why? Seems like an API call thing, like I check/uncheck the [Hide Dock Icon] in cookie6, just to automate the process.

Not every user will come to this forum, and not every user will make a suggestion, maybe they have such an idea, but they may not necessarily act.
My suggestion is just to improve the user experience in some cases, and it is easy to implement, could you think about it again....
