Moving Whitelist to a new Mac

I've got a new Mac, and am wondering how to move all my Cookie settings from the old machine to the new one. I have
iCloud: Sync favorites, settings and preferences turned on, but it doesn't appear to be saving anything to my iCloud Drive.

If you have icloud enabled on both Mac’s, your settings should sync across. Cookie doesn’t use iCloud Drive.

@sweetp Thanks Russell. I do have iCloud enabled on both Macs, but nothing is syncing across.

And both copies are licensed.

try restarting both copies of Cookie.
