I have a setting in Safari opens with All windows from last session. Cookie now breaks this settings by closing all tabs when quitting Safari. It's also crazy all the permissions Cookie is requesting. Gets me worried!

Cookie removes all my tabs after closing Safari -
Cookies are being deleted despite website being in FavoritesJust FYI, please note that whatsapp.com for Safari has over a hundred IndexedDB.sqlite3 entries:
Not sure that this is intended!

Cookies are being deleted despite website being in FavoritesI did a whole new series of tests with version beta 7.0.7.6. I first unchecked all the "Unwanted data" and all the "Removal options". I restarted Arc and remained logged in. Then I checked the removal option "On Browser quit". I restarted Arc and remained logged in (this was different to what I experienced before!). Then I checked "Tracking cookies" under "Unwanted data" and restarted Arc. I remained logged in. Then I checked "Cache" and restarted Arc. I remained logged in. Then I checked "Non-favorites" and restarted Arc. I was logged out. This is where I noticed that a cookie "leveldb" had been added, but not under whatsapp.com. I checked this cookie to add it to my favorites and restarted Arc. I remained logged in.
Thanks for your help, Russell.

Cookies are being deleted despite website being in FavoritesI just tried with Safari and I'm not experiencing the problem with Safari, so it really is tied to Arc (which is Chromium based). Furthermore, whatsapp.com under Safari shows 169 cookies whilst there's just one cookie under Arc!

Cookies are being deleted despite website being in FavoritesI just tried with 7.0.7.6 and I'm still getting logged out of Whatsapp! Don't know if it's meaningful, but when I visited the "Unwanted data" tab in Cookie, the first 3 checkboxes had blue minuses, so I changed them to ticks.

Cookies are being deleted despite website being in FavoritesStrange indeed! When I uncheck all the data removal options (https://i.imgur.com/5fEoy1K.png) and restart Arc, I get logged out. Only when I pause automatic removal do I not get logged out! I can't close Favorite or Pinned tabs in Arc (I think they get loaded in the background).

Cookies are being deleted despite website being in FavoritesI tried, but it didn't make any changes. I also tried disabling Tracking cookie removal individually, but that didn't help either. Only when I completely disable automatic removal does it work!

Cookies are being deleted despite website being in FavoritesHey Russell, I don't see any RED tracking cookies. There's only one IndexedDB cookie for whatsapp.com. Here's a screenshot:

Cookies are being deleted despite website being in FavoritesI am using the Chromium-based browser ARC. In Cookies 7.0.7, I have added whatsapp.com to my favorites so that cookies don't get deleted when I close the browser. With automatic removal enabled, if I restart the browser, I am logged out of whatsapp.com. If I disable automatic removal and restart the browser, then I am not logged out of whatsapp.com.

When closing Safari, Cookie keeps asking for permissionsEach and every time that I close Safari, Cookie opens a dialog window asking for permissions:
How can I stop this from happening?

Which cookies do whatI would find it really helpful if there was a way to know which cookies for a given website (e.g. google.com) do what? The reason behind is that I'd like to be able to keep just the (Google) cookies for login as well as my preferences (such as language, etc.). However, I'd like all other cookies to be removed. The difficulty here is identifying which cookies do what.

Cookie keeps opening every time macOS Big Sur startsYet I haven't checked the checkbox to open Cookie (v6.3) at login:

Cookie 6 continuously asking for access to folder Application SupportI've had to completely uninstall Cookie 6 because it was constantly displaying a popup requesting access to the folder Application Support. Even after allowing access several times, the popup would re-appear incessantly. It's a real nuisance and difficult to get rid of because Cookie 6 doesn't appear in Force Quit. If I remember correctly, this has happened since I completely uninstalled Firefox. I hope a fix will soon be made available.
