On a new MacBook Pro, I'm getting this:
“Cookie” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “Cookie” and download it again from the App Store.

I delete it, and re-download but same result. It worked at first. I just noticed it wasn't running, tried to open it and got into this loop. Any ideas?
