How can I view the content of a cookie? Clicking on a cookie does not open the value of the cookie.

I have no dock or menu and can't find that global shortcut.

I had set a menu bar icon for Cookie 5 but after a reboot the icon has disappeared from my menu bar.
How can I get it back there?

I have automatic delete turned ON and it is working in Chrome: when browser is closed the cookies are deleted autmatically.
but this function is not working in the latest version of Safari. Cookie 5 has full disc access (Mojave).
