All browsers get disabled except Safari

Every time I open Cookie, I have to enable protection for Firefox, Opera and Chrome. This works for a while but, if I come back to it the following day, they're all disabled. Safari is the only browser that remains protected. Is this a known issue? What could be causing it? Thanks.

Quick update: this happens when I restart my computer. I'm not sure I can reproduce it otherwise.

this is odd, and I can't reproduce this. There must be something else going on. I have a couple questions.
Is your macOS user account an Admin account?
Is Cookie in your Applications folder?

It isn't, it's a Standard account.

Update: I just opened Cookie and Opera and Chrome were disabled. I haven't restarted my machine since my OP.

Ive just uploaded a new beta (v7.1.7.1)which should fix this, if you're running the version from my Store you can update to the Beta version from the Updates tab in Cookie Settings

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away from home. I installed v7.2 today and it appears to have solved the problem. I'll let you know if it hasn't, but thanks for your help with this
