Image blocking still has issues

Re: Minim not blocking images

It seems that images blocking still doesn't work quite properly.
For example, if you got to https://research.investors.com/stock-charts/nasdaq-nasdaq-composite-index-0ndqc.htm and have both 1st and 3rd party images blocked, the top banners still show up.

Any idea as to why this is happening?
