I have buy program on app store but when I use it rule not working active. How can I setting it ? Please help

It sounds like you need the App Store helper tool:
https://sweetpproductions.com/products/wifispoof3/WiFiSpoofMASHelper.dmg

When you download the helper tool:
- double click to open the .dmg file
- drag the Helper app into your Applications folder
- double click the helper app to install
- and leave it in your Applications folder
