Unable to enable Safari on Cookie 6.7.3 setup.

Apologies if this issue has already been posted. I downloaded the Cookie 6.7.3 program from the Apple App store but was unable to successfully Enable Cookie for the Safari Browser. (I was successful with enabling FireFox and Chrome). I attempted to Allow "Give Cookie Global Access" but then when went to "Enable" Safari nothing happened. Safari icon remained "Disabled" category. Can anyone help?

You need to give Cookie Full Disk Access from System Preferences
