Can you reorder the list on the left?

I am paying a company to perform translated XLIFF files but they are constantly resorting the lists on the left which is causing RISE to reject the translated XLIFF files. Currently I need to redownload an XLIFF template from RISE and then copy paste in the translations manually. This is massively time consuming if I could just manually reorder the lists on the left side.

Please share if this is possible, and if so, where the settings are to do this. I can't seem to be able to drag and drop to change their order. Thank you

@CDL unfortunately there is no way to currently do that in Xliff Editor
