Trial Expired - but I purchased the app ?

I purchased the app from iTunes. I have the receipt.
However, it showed Trial Expired.
Apple says that they can not refund the purchase, and can not change the status.
Can you send me a license so that I can un-lock?I can send you my receipt if that helps.
