Add support for Google Chrome Dev as browser

Google Chrome Dev is not supported as a browser option. This is the Dev channel of Google Chrome (not Canary)

but first in beta v6.5.0.2 which ill release later today

I’m having trouble getting Cookie through review… not because of chrome dev, but something else which has been ok for many past releases now suddenly isn’t ok…

i enabled the Chrome Dev browser, and I'm getting the notifications that the data is being removed. unfortunately, Cookie does not actually remove the data. I have it set to remove Tracking Cookies and Cache

For what it's worth, I have it only enabled for one of my Chrome user profiles. Removal is set to occur on Browser Quit
