Session Restore shutdown even after several re-installs

After updating my SessionRestore extension, it does not work and always shut down as soon as I try to open it.

I re-install the extension many time but the same error occurs so that I am not able to use it ... can someone help?

Have you restarted Safari?

it looks as though the problem is a database upgrade issue.
It looks as though you have skipped an important interim update.
