Disappeared and won't launch

I was ticking some boxes to allow cookies when Cookie disappeared - not even a menu bar item. Tried to launch it from Applications which did nothing. Have downloaded again and re-installed but same thing. It seems like I have no Cookie!

I tried Cookie's trial (ver. 6). I bought Cookie, downloaded the DMG (again), Opened the DMG, authenticated it, put it the Utilities folder, selected it's icon, opened it. A dialogue UI immediately, briefly displayed. Then the MacOS app crash UI. Again and again.
PS I was running the Little Snitch trial. That's "off" now. I also have just bought Minim v3.1.4. It is "paused" while I get Cookie to work.
