Cookie 6 not deleting cookies in Safari

I'm using a number of browsers and they're already added to the list in Cookie. Upon exit all cookies are deleted, except for Safari. It seems that there's been a similar issue for Firefox that's discused here: https://support.sweetpproductions.com/topic/659/cookie-not-deleting-anything-firefox-76-01

@cookiepuss have you given Safari Full Disk Acces in system preferences?
