License not working

I have privitus and invisible both software licenses are not working. I tried to activate my software using my full name the license key below, however it gives me an error message. Please advise and thank you in advance!

@SweetP If you enter license data, the program is not activated. What do I do?

@maclife82 You need to make sure you type your name and the license key exactly as it is in your registration email.
So there shouldn't be any extra spaces etc.

Hi Russell, my Privatus 6 worked absolutely fine, then I updated to 7 and my license does not work anymore... what do I do?

@casper Privatus 7 was a paid upgrade. You can redownload v6 fro your license email. If you want to upgrade to 7, email me at support@sweetpproductions.com for an upgrade coupon
