Cookie 6.0.17 broke Safari cookie removal

So I did this recent update, and now it's back to not working again. The install I originally bought directly from SweetP needed scripts to be installed as well. HOwever, I thought the release notes for 6.0.17 said we wouldn't need to do that anymore. But I have it set to delete cookies upon quitting Safari, and it fails to do that. Do I need to download more scripts? This is getting to be a real pain.
