Cookie Needs to Accesss box.

Cookie is getting stuck on accessing a Google folder. I have selected it (Allow), literally, 20 times, nothing. It keeps popping up. I have tried cancel, literally, 30 times, still pops up. Something is wrong, but not sure what. I removed Google Chrome from my system due to some issues with it. Please advise.

open Preferences, and press the button
Remove all sandbox permissions
