Cookie 5.9.9

I downloaded and installed Cookie 5.9.9 directly from Sweet P Productions web site. I used it for some hours and then decided to click the link within the app to "Purchase Cookie" and then "Purchase from the Mac App Store." I then paid the $20, but when I click to install again directly from the App Store, I get a perpetual spinning of the App store's download icon. So now my trial is about to end, and I can't get the license to be recognized. What can I do?

I hope you managed to get this sorted out.

but you most likely need to do this:

• move the Cookie trial version to the trash
• download Cookie again from your Account tab in the app Store
