With Cookie enabled - Chrome resets when quitting

I've used Cookie for some time, but I'm setting up a fresh Mojave install. I've installed Cookie and Chrome. After configuring Cookie, when Chrome quits all browser extensions are removed. I have the never remove extensions checked. I've even tried to manually favorite the extensions as well. Thank You for your help.

ive had a few people report this, and im looking in to it

It seems to hold settings when the google.com cookie is added as a favourite. strange behaviour...

do you see any patterns with this. I had it just happen, but cant reproduce the problem?

I have this fixed in v5.9.8 which is available on my servers now. hopefully the App Store version will be reviewed quickly
