Safe to update to Safari 12.1 with Cookie (MAS) 5.9.6?

    It's working fine for me except I've noticed that some HSTS policy cookies are not being deleted when the cache is removed. I've started a separate thread for this.

    Things seem to be working as expected so far with Safari 12.1 and Cookie 5.9.6 (MAS) on High Sierra 10.3.6/Security Update 2019-002
    I'm not seeing any leftover HSTS Policy entries (or other non-favorites) in Safari-Preferences-Privacy-Manage Website Data.

    I found the issue with the HSTS cookies, its working on High Sierra, but is broken on Mojave. It should be fixed in the latest beta
