Upgraded support forums

Ive just activated the new support forums!
The old support forum was getting a bit dated, and I wanted to move away from myBB and php. this new forum runs the more modern NodeBB which runs on top of Node.js.

everyone will need to reactive logins unfortunately, as for security and privacy reasons - passwords were not migrated.
