so I have temporarily changed my email address to support at sweetpproductions.com as I couldn't resolve the issue with the email account
I have updated my dos settings, and apparently the change takes around 4hrs to propagate.... i guess ill know in the morning...
sorry for any inconvenience. I have tried to resend all emails from the last 24hrs, including licenses from my temporary email address.
Ive created a couple of new email addresses, as my host isn't really going out of their way to fix the [email protected] address.
i now have [email protected] for licensing problems
and [email protected] for all other issues.
but, which ever you email you send it to, ill get the email.
[email protected]email seems to be working again now.
