v8.3.4 Tracking Cookies

With version 8.3.4, the “Remove Safari Tracking Cookies” option is stuck at 25. For example, if there are 40 tracking cookies, I can click “Remove,” but the remote is only reduced to 25 cookies. This hasn’t happened in previous versions. Any thoughts?

do you have multiple Safari profiles?
perhaps tracking cookies aren't selected for removal for one of them
