Cookie deletes Firefox' permissions.sqlite

Hi,

CookieApp deletes permissions.sqlite when Firefox is closed. This should not happen, cause permissions.sqlite contains cookie exception settings, which should always be kept.

I tested the CookieApp setting "delete when browser closes" enabled and disabled to verify this finding.
If the setting is enabled the file permissions.sqlite will be deleted when closing Firefox.
If the setting is disabled the file permissions.sqlite remains untouched.
