Installed??

I purchased cookie from the app store, but it does not show up in Safari. Shouldn't I see it in the Safari preferences? When I check for purchases in the app store it says Cookie is installed.

OK I see it is now an application. It used to be in the Safari preferences.

Don't you see the icon in the menu bar (Apple's menu bar) ?

if not have you launch it (from Appliactions folder) and set up its preferences ? (launch at login)

I see nothing in Safari per se, only uin the menu bar
