Is anyone else having issues running WIFI Spoof on this system? I can't even get the application to open. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

try a reset of WiFiSpoof.
delete this folder:
~/Library/Containers/WiFiSpoof/

and uninstall the Helper with this tool:
