Hi Russel, I am not using Profiles. I'll try deleting the app and re-installing, but I did this earlier. Maybe not. Are there certain files or plist I should delete? Or avoid deleting to save my approved Cookies.
I deleted and re-installed (non Apple Store version), having delete a bunch of Cookie folder from Library. Sometime it sees more databases and caches, but Cookie still isn't triggering the deletion of caches.
This must be something to do with using Safari without profiles. I’m away from home for a few days, but will try to set up a virtual machine with a clean install.
I just set up a clean virtual Sonoma 14.3 machine, and can’t recreate this issue… perhaps it is an issue in Intel machines? If that is the case, I can’t debug this as i don’t have an old Intel machine laying around unfortunately.
If you steer me to full uninstall directions, hopefully saving the cookies (not just the text names), I can then re-install and test. Then later, import as needed.
No joy. I did delete a lot of Cookie folders, deleted the app, checked again. Installed, as new and activated serial number. Still this... Same after. After many minutes, caches are all still active.
Have you tried removing all cache from within Safari. Perhaps you have older Safari cache types from a previous Safari version which Cookie no longer supports?
