I'm having several problems running Cookie 5.12 under macOS 11.0.1 (Big Sur). Cookie has Full Disk Access.

    • A spinning gear icon is always displayed in the center of the main Cookie window which suggests that at least one of Cookie's execution threads might be hung.

    • Cookie no longer removes Safari 14 cookies automatically.

    • When Cookie is running in the foreground, its menu bar frequently isn't displayed when Cookie has app focus and no Cookie icon is displayed in the Dock. Quitting and restarting Cookie usually doesn't solve these problems.

So basically, Cookie 5.12 doesn't appear to be doing anything useful.

Is Cookie 5.12 incompatible with Big Sur with no plans to fix these problems?

@sweetp thanks for the confirmation. I had issues different from what @alohart was having, and I'm having other issues with Big Sur so I'm going back to Mojave for now. Hopefully I can upgrade to Big Sur (and Cookie 6) at some point.
