How do I expand tabs using the keyboard

Hi,

I don't know whether this has changed with a recent upgrade or a change to my system, but previously I could do a select all in a session and then do another key sequence to expand all the tabs in the url title list. The select all still works but I can't figure out how to expand the tab list using the keyboard. I can only get it to work using the mouse.

I never specifically added an option to be able to do this...
