cookie 5 is gone from Mac App Store

i need to keep cookie 5 for my mac that is not upgradeable past macOS 10.13 but it is gone from the Mac App Store now. can i get a license for the website version so that i can still download any future updates?

I bought Cookie 5 on the Mac App Store on Aug 4, I think a few days before Cookie 6 came out. Any chance on an upgrade?
