i followed the installation instructions to install Cookie 5 on el Capitan - the last instruction directed me to click on "DISABLED" to select a browser however "DISABLED" is not clickable - nothing happens so the installation is incomplete

      ok,
      try this then.

download and run the trial version:
      https://sweetpproductions.com/products/cookie5/Cookie5.dmg

      1. run it, and open Preferences
      2. go to the Advanced tab
      3. click Open Setup Window
      4. run through the setup, and enable Safari
      5. remove your non favourites
      6. quit the trial version, and move it to the trash

the scripts should now be in the correct location, and Safari should be enabled
